This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://embodylagree.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

  •    “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.

  •    “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

  •    “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

Likewise when you submit a website form or schedule an appointment with us through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name and email address. We refer to this information as “Scheduling Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information, and Scheduling Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Communicate with you;

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). We may also use this data to show you online advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google from our business.

We use the Scheduling Information that we collect to make appointments or class sign-ups for you in our studio scheduling software. We will not sell, rent, or trade your email address to any unaffiliated third party without your permission.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.  For example, we use Mariana Tek to power our class and appointment scheduling. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site--you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here. You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here.

Additionally, we may provide your Personal Information to third-party service providers we hire to provide services to us. These third-party service providers may include but are not limited to: payment processors, web analytics companies, advertising networks, and email marketing service providers.

DO NOT TRACK

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.  Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, to the United States.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Embody Lagree POLICIES

GRIP SOCKS

Grip socks must be worn in every class at Embody, no exceptions. If you do not have any, we have some for purchase.

LATE POLICY

We have a 5-minute grace period after the start of class. The studio door will be locked 5 minutes after the start of class for safety reasons and to limit distractions in class.

CANCELLATIONS

We have a 2-hour cancellation policy. You may cancel without any fees up to 2 hours before your class starts, and you will not lose a class from your package/ pass or be charged a late fee.

If you have a class package or a monthly pass and cancel within that 2-hour window, you will lose a class from your package or pass.

If you have a monthly unlimited package and cancel within that 2-hour window, you are charged a $10 late cancellation fee.

If you do not cancel your class and do not show up, you will be charged a $20 no-show fee if you have a monthly unlimited package and lose a class if you have a package or pass. No exceptions.

You may cancel a class on your Mariana Tek account via online, through the Mariana Tek app, or by emailing us at info@embodylagree.com.

WAITLIST POLICY

If a class is full, you may put yourself on the waitlist. You must have a credit for a class in your account to do so. If a spot opens, you are added to the class and notified by email or text. Please make sure that you have your notifications turned on for your account, as we cannot communicate with you otherwise. If you opted out of the email/text notifications, it is your responsibility to monitor your status on the waitlist. You may do this by logging on to your account online or through the Embody app. If no class becomes available, you will not lose a class from your package or pass.

Please know that our 2-hour cancellation policy applies to waitlists as well. If you are added from the waitlist and cancel within that 2-hour window, you will lose a class from your package or incur a $10 late cancellation fee (if you have a monthly unlimited package).

FEES

All fees are processed 24 hours after class. If your account is charged a fee and you disagree, please contact us at info@embodylagree.com or call the studio at 432-413-6736.

CONTRACTS

Contracts are non-refundable. When you sign the contract, you agree to the terms and payments of that contract. No exceptions, it may not be broken. Make sure you read the full agreement before signing. Know that you are responsible for timely canceling your contract before automatic extension. You may cancel no later than 15 days before the next billing cycle by emailing info@embodylagree.com. If you do not cancel in the 15-day period, you will pay for the full amount of your renewed contract.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

No one under the age of 18 is permitted unless accompanied by a parent or a parent has signed a waiver.

Please know that instructors/class times are subject to change without notice.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

All classes must be paid in advance of class through Mariana Tek or at the studio.

Please note the expiration dates on every package.

All sales of classes are final. Merchandise sales have a 7-day return for cash or credit, as the case may be, and a 14-day return for store credit. No exceptions.

Memberships and class packages may not be shared or transferred.

An unlimited month entitles a client to one visit per day.

Embody reserves the right to refuse service to any client in our sole discretion.
